She is knowledgeable and has put together videos and photos to enhance her explanations. She is warm and hospitable. We had a very unfortunate incident which was NOT Miriam$0027s fault. Our agent booked the tour guide but not the actual tickets to the Alhambra so in fact after going all the way to Granada we could not see the historic site. Instead of being defensive Miriam sprung into action and although we still could not get into the site she showed us all around the places we could visit and added the Museum and a Garden overlook and other parts of The Alhambra to ease our disappointment. She also took us to a special church and a 13thcentury palace room that most visitors to Granada miss. She made a difficult situation palatable and we can not say enough positive things about her. Her empathy, willingness and generosity were inspirational.
