He helped me get the best option that would work for my upcoming travels outside of Spain, his machine was a bit slow and did not want to accept my form of identification but he continued to try until eventually we got it to work! He apologized many times for the slow computer but it was no issue to me at all. He’s the whole reason I was able to use apps like Google Maps and be able to contact my family during my travels in Europe.
