It was a great day from start to finish. Roger Davies took us to two wineries where we got to taste an incredible range of sherries including some served straight from the cask. After the visits we went for lunch at a local restaurant that had amazing seafood which was accompanied by even more sherry! Roger is really affable, extremely knowledgable and has a great sense of humour. At the end of the day we felt we’d been with a close friend. Roger picked us up from our hotel and took us first to visit a family-run farm where they breed Iberian pigs.
